Shipping and returns

Shipping Policy

 

Domestic shipments will be made through the company NACEX, while international shipments will be made through UPS, both companies outside of Mumit that undertake to deliver the product to the address indicated by the customer. The shipping times and prices are as follows for products that do not have any special characteristics or are not personalized orders.

1. PENINSULA (including Balearic Islands):

Shipping takes 1-3 business days and costs €6 (VAT not included) for purchases under €99. Shipping is free for purchases over €99.

2. CEUTA, MELILLA AND CANARY ISLANDS:

Shipping takes 3-4 business days and costs €7.95 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €99. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees include the tax payable on the purchase (IGIC or IPSI), the import DUA and customs clearance.

3. EUROPE COUNTRIES BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden):

Shipping takes 3-4 business days and costs €10 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for orders over €500.

4. EUROPE COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION (Bosnia Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey):

Shipping takes 3-4 business days and costs €18 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €500. For shipments to countries outside the European Union, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at the time of delivery. These charges include the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.

5. UNITED KINGDOM:

New trade rules applied following the UK's exit from the EU (Brexit). The minimum amount to process the order is €200. The shipping time is 4-5 business days and the cost is €18 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €500. For shipments to the United Kingdom, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs are the tax or duties that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.

6. MEXICO:

Shipping takes 4-5 business days and costs €18 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €500. For shipments to Mexico, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees include the tax or duties that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.

7. LATIN AMERICA (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Puerto Rico):

Shipping takes 4-5 business days and costs €25 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for purchases over €500. For shipments to Chile, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees include the tax or duties that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.

8. UNITED STATES and CANADA:

Shipping takes 4-5 business days and costs €20 (VAT not included). Shipping is free for orders over €500. For shipments to the United States and Canada, the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees include the tax or duties that must be paid in the country of destination, the import DUA and customs clearance.

These deadlines may be extended by 10 to 15 business days for any of the following reasons:

  • Personalized Jewelry
  • Special size rings
  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Mumit
  • Products out of stock

Additionally, we offer an express delivery service with the company Seur, which guarantees that the product arrives at the indicated destination the day after the purchase is made before 1:30 p.m. This service costs €15 (VAT included) and is only applicable in Spain. Please indicate this correctly in the shipping options once you complete the purchase.

 

Return policy

 

In which cases can I exchange or return an item?

  • I received the order in poor condition
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another one or return it.
  • The size is not correct and I would like to exchange it for another size

It is essential that all products are in perfect condition and unused, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. Products must be sent with the original packaging, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive at Mumit in perfect condition. If the items are not received in perfect condition we will not be able to process the return.

 

What is the time period for making a return?

The time period to exchange or return an item is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. The return must reach our facilities within the 14 calendar days that, by law, the customer has to make it; otherwise, it cannot be approved.

In which cases is the return of the item not accepted?

All items that include some degree of customization are not eligible for returns. The degrees of customization are listed below:

  • Earrings modified to screw nut or tragus nut
  • Rings of non-standard sizes, that is, not sizes 12, 14 and 16
  • The complete My Mumit collection of initials and customizable items
  • Jewelry that includes engravings, letters or names
  • Any other customization element that is not included in the standard website offering

 

What do I have to do to manage my return?

To manage the return, please send us an email to online@mumit.com or contact us directly by phone at 604 002 121, informing us of your intention to exchange or return an item and explaining the reason for it. The Customer Service team will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Orders placed on mumit.com cannot be returned to any of the brand's physical stores. To proceed with the return, it will be necessary to follow the steps mentioned above.

Exchanges. For exchanges, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

Returns. Once the return has been approved, the product must be sent to the address indicated by the Customer Service team. Once the product has been received at our facilities, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to the original account within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

 

What is the cost associated with exchanges or returns?

Exchanges. Shipping costs arising from size changes or product changes must always be borne by the end customer. Mumit is not responsible for any loss that the product may have suffered during shipping.

Returns. Mumit is not responsible for the shipping costs for the return and is not liable for any loss that the product may have suffered during shipping.
