In which cases can I exchange or return an item?

  • I received the order in poor condition
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another one or return it.
  • The size is not correct and I would like to exchange it for another size

It is essential that all products are in perfect condition and unused, otherwise no exchange or return can be made. Products must be sent with the original packaging, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive at Mumit in perfect condition. If the items are not received in perfect condition we will not be able to process the return.

 

What is the time period for making a return?

The time period to exchange or return an item is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. The return must reach our facilities within the 14 calendar days that, by law, the customer has to make it; otherwise, it cannot be approved.

In which cases is the return of the item not accepted?

All items that include some degree of customization are not eligible for returns. The degrees of customization are listed below:

  • Earrings modified to screw nut or tragus nut
  • Rings of non-standard sizes, that is, not sizes 12, 14 and 16
  • The complete My Mumit collection of initials and customizable items
  • Jewelry that includes engravings, letters or names
  • Any other customization element that is not included in the standard website offering

 

What do I have to do to manage my return?

To manage the return, please send us an email to online@mumit.com or contact us directly by phone at 604 002 121, informing us of your intention to exchange or return an item and explaining the reason for it. The Customer Service team will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Orders placed on mumit.com cannot be returned to any of the brand's physical stores. To proceed with the return, it will be necessary to follow the steps mentioned above.

Exchanges. For exchanges, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

Returns. Once the return has been approved, the product must be sent to the address indicated by the Customer Service team. Once the product has been received at our facilities, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to the original account within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

 

What is the cost associated with exchanges or returns?

Exchanges. Shipping costs arising from size changes or product changes must always be borne by the end customer. Mumit is not responsible for any loss that the product may have suffered during shipping.

Returns. Mumit is not responsible for the shipping costs for the return and is not liable for any loss that the product may have suffered during shipping.
