Shipping Policy

 

Domestic deliveries will be made by the company NACEX, while international deliveries will be made by UPS, both companies not related to Mumit, which undertake to deliver the product to the address indicated by the customer. Delivery times and prices are as follows for products that do not have any special features or customised orders.

1. PENINSULA (including Balearic Islands):

The delivery time is 1-3 working days and the cost is 6€ (VAT not included) for purchases under 99€. Shipping is free of charge for orders over 99€.

2. CEUTA, MELILLA AND THE CANARY ISLANDS:

The delivery time is 3-4 working days and the cost is 7,95€ (VAT not included). Shipping is free of charge for orders over 99€. For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are to be borne by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs are the tax payable on the purchase (IGIC or IPSI), the import SAD and customs clearance.

3. EUROPE COUNTRIES BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands (Holland), Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, the United States of America). The delivery time is 3-4 working days and the cost is 10€ (VAT not included). Shipping is free of charge for purchases of €500 or more.

4. EUROPE NON-EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES (Bosnia Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey):

The delivery time is 3-4 working days and the cost is 18€ (VAT not included). Shipping is free of charge for purchases of €500 or more. For deliveries to non-EU countries the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are to be borne by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs are the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import SAD and customs clearance.

5. UNITED KINGDOM:

New trade rules implemented following the UK's exit from the EU (Brexit). The minimum amount required to process the order is €200. The delivery time is 4-5 working days and the cost is 18€ (VAT not included). Shipping is free of charge for purchases of €500 or more. For deliveries to the UK the invoice will be issued exclusive of VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are to be borne by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs are the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import SAD and customs clearance.

6. MEXICO:

The delivery time is 4-5 working days and the cost is 18€ (VAT not included). Delivery is free of charge for orders of 500€ or more. For deliveries to Mexico the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are to be borne by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs are the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import SAD and customs clearance.

7. LATIN AMERICA (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panamá, Puerto Rico):

The delivery time is 4-5 working days and the cost is 25€ (VAT not included). Delivery is free of charge for orders of 500€ or more. For deliveries to Chile the invoice will be issued without VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are to be borne by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs are the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import SAD and customs clearance.

8. UNITED STATES and CANADA:

The delivery time is 4-5 working days and the cost is 20€ (VAT not included). Delivery is free of charge for orders of 500€ or more. For shipments to the United States and Canada the invoice will be issued exclusive of VAT. When the package arrives at its destination, customs charges are to be borne by the customer and will be charged at the time of delivery. These costs are the tax or duties payable in the country of destination, the import SAD and customs clearance.

These deadlines may be extended by 10 to 15 working days for any of the following reasons:

  • Personalised jewellery
  • Special ring sizes
  • Unforeseen circumstances not attributable to Mumit
  • Out of stock

In addition, we offer an express delivery service with the company Seur, which guarantees that the product arrives at the indicated destination the day after the purchase is made before 13:30h. This service costs 15€ (VAT included) and is only applicable in Spain. Please indicate this correctly in the shipping options after checkout.

 

Shipping policy

 

When can I exchange or return an item?

  • He recibido el pedido en mal estado
  • El producto no es lo que esperaba y me gustaría cambiarlo por otro o devolverlo

Es imprescindible que todos los productos se encuentren en perfecto estado y sin usar, de lo contrario no podrá realizarse ningún cambio o devolución. Los productos tienen que ser enviados con el embalaje original, convirtiéndose en su responsabilidad asegurarse de que los artículos llegan a Mumit en perfectas condiciones. Si los artículos no se reciben en perfecto estado no podremos procesar la devolución.

  • I received my order in bad condition
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it or return it
  • The size is not correct and I would like to exchange it for another size

It is essential that all products are in perfect condition and unused, otherwise no exchange or refund will be possible. Products must be shipped in their original packaging and it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive at Mumit in perfect condition. If the goods are not received in perfect condition we will not be able to process the return.

 

What is the time period for making a return?

The time period for exchanging or returning an item is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

 

In which cases is it not possible to return the item?

All items that include some degree of personalisation are non-returnable. The degrees of customisation are listed below:

  • Screw-nut modified earrings
  • Rings in non-standard sizes, i.e. not in sizes 12, 14 and 16
  • The complete My Mumit collection of initials and personalisable items
  • Jewellery including engravings, letters or names
  • Any other element of personalisation that is not included in the standard offer of the site

What do I have to do to arrange my refund?

 

To arrange a return, please send us an email to online@mumit.com or contact us directly by telephone on 604 002 121 stating your intention to exchange or return an item and explaining the reason for the return. The Customer Service team will provide information on the procedure to follow.

Changes. For changes, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

Returns. Once the return has been approved, the product will have to be sent to the address indicated by the Customer Service team. Once the product has been received at our facilities, we will send you a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to the original account within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.

What is the cost associated with exchanges or returns?

 

Changes. Shipping costs arising from size changes or product changes will always have to be borne by the end customer. Mumit accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.

Returns. Mumit is not responsible for the cost of return postage and will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product in transit.
